Offer Packages on Specific Dates

Sometimes you may want to offer different priced packages for certain dates only such as New Year's Eve.

For example:

- Your Standard package offer will include the dates 2nd January - 30th December, and exclude the dates 31st December - 1st January.

- Your NYE package (which will be cloned from the 'Standard Package' will have new dates set against it. These will only include 31st December - 1st January but with an increased price and a name change, for example.

- This means, the appropriate package will automatically show for your clients looking to book during those between those specific dates.

1. Click the Assets (camera) icon on the tool bar on the left, then click on Packages.
2. Navigate to the Package that you want to update for New Year's Eve and click Clone.
3. Or if you wish to start from scratch, select 'add new package'
4. This takes you to create a new Package, you can rename the Title for something like "New Years Eve Package.."
5. Update any details that make NYE different such as the price
6. Scroll down to Date Arguments, and under Include Dates, enter a the date eg. 31/12/2018
7. Ensure that the Limit by Day checkboxes are unticked as this overrides Include Dates.
8. Click Save
9. Now from the Packages page, Edit the original Package that you don't want to offer on NYE.
10. Scroll down to Date Arguments and under Exclude Dates, enter a the date eg. 31/12/2018
11. Click Save
