BoothBook

BoothBook is built to handle online bookings, automate admin, and make your life easier - but it can't do this if customers aren't seeing it!

When BoothBook shows you a warning telling your your traffic is low, it is because we have detected a low number of visits to your booking form.

When we count visits, we look at unique users that are not logged in - so your visits to the booking form as an admin are not counted, and a customer who keeps refreshing the page is not counted either.

The main reasons for low traffic are...

  • BoothBook is not properly implemented on your website or social media pages.

For customers to see your booking form, you need to enable them to click through from your website or social media pages. You can do this by adding links to your main menu, adding widgets, or creating simple call-to-action forms all over your website where necessary. Booking should be as easy as possible for your customer - if they have to hunt around your website for the booking form, you're doing it wrong.

  • Your website is not being seen by enough people.

If you haven't done so already, go and enable Google Analytics on your website, and on your BoothBook. This is essential for tracking how many people are visiting your website, and what they do when they get to your website. Are they leaving right away? Are they even getting there in the first place? You can't improve until you understand where you are right now.

  • Your social media accounts are not being seen by enough people.

How many likes, or reviews have you got on your social media accounts? Do you get much interaction with your posts? Do you link from your social media accounts to your website, or even directly into your BoothBook? If not, you are missing out on valuable website traffic that can easily convert into bookings.

We will have an article on this coming soon!

We have users on BoothBook with over a thousand events a year, saving hundreds of hours in admin, and thousands in earnings and revenue - all because they have a high traffic / high conversion rate, and BoothBook is taking care of the legwork. They all started with one booth, and have built up their businesses to new levels by being seen online, and having a proper sales strategy in place.

Remember, if you need help with any of this, we are here to help!
