Conversations Active Lead/Booking Functionality

When talking to a customer through BoothBook conversations, you are shown all Leads & Bookings associated with that customer in the sidebar.

Sometimes, when a customer has a long history of using your services, this section might have a lot of leads or bookings in it. 

BoothBook allows you to select the current booking or lead that you are discussing when sending messages, and when bringing in canned responses.

Simply tick the lead or booking you are referring to, and then once you load the canned response, it will use the data of your selected booking/lead to fill in the variables.
