By using Canned Responses within your messages this will ensure you save time, instead of having to write repetitive responses to customers for commonly asked queries. Once you have created a canned response, when next replying to a customer you can simply add the canned response to the content of your message instead of having to type this manually.


Below are some examples of what you could use as canned responses:

Enquiry Response

Thank you so much for your enquiry. We currently have 5 different photo booth options available.

Equipment Set Up and Pack Down

Standard New Lead Response

Hi {{client_name_first}},


Thank you so much for getting in touch and considering having one of our photo booths as part of your special day.

Our standard packages are for 3 hours running time, we arrive approximately 1 hour before the time you would like us to start taking photos in order to set the booth up and then pack down afterwards but you can add idle hours and additional time to suit your timings also if that helps. Our most popular booking time is 7.30pm-10.30pm so we’d arrive at around 6.30pm to set up ready to start at 7.30pm run the booth until 10.30pm and then pack down. We don’t have a time limit at all it’s totally up to you when you would like the booth.


For the enclosed booth....

  • We just need access to a standard power socket and have our own extension leads we bring with each booth.
  • The dimensions of our Oval Enclosed Booths when installed are 110cm W x 200cm L x 205cm.
