How to Use BoothBook as a Rep

Your Rep Dashboard

Once your Rep account has been created, the Admin will send you a link to your Reps Dashboard, where you can view details of commission earned and request withdrawal of commission payments.

Dashboard Stats

Your Dashboard will display a bar chart reflecting how many bookings you have referred to the business, above this you will also find your unique Rep ID which is included within your referral link. Below this you will find your Stats which which show you how many clicks your referral link is receiving.

Dashboard Widgets

The Widgets area displays your Simple Referral link, you can copy and paste this link to direct traffic to the Business's website.


You will also find a Website/Email Embed link, simply copy and paste the code into your website or in a HTML email to direct traffic to the businesses website.

Dashboard Account Balance

You can see a breakdown of Upcoming, Available, Pending and Paid commission amounts under Account Balance:

  • Upcoming - These are recorded commission payments for events where the date has not yet passed.
  • Available - These are commission payments that are available for Reps to request, one requested will be moved to the Pending section.
  • Pending - These are commission payments that have been requested and are awaiting confirmation and payment from Admin.
  • Paid - These are commission payments that have been made and marked as paid by Admin.

Get Paid Your Commission!

You can withdraw payments once you have met the minimum amount (set by the Admin). You will know if you have reached this as you will be given the option to Request Withdrawal. Once you have selected the Request Withdrawal button, you will be asked to fill out the following fields; Account Number and Branch Sort Code. The Admin will then be able to make a payment to you externally of BoothBook.


When Withdrawals have been requested, a list will display the status and dates of payments. A Bookings list then gives you details of which bookings earned this Rep their commission, ordered by furthest away event date at the top.


Reps might not be paid commission for any cancelled events, it is up to Admins whether they continue to pay Reps should an event be cancelled.
