Add Recommended Venues

Allow customers to choose from a recommended venue list and charge accordingly

Create Venues you regularly work at. This will enable customers to choose from an easy dropdown menu when filling out the booking form and add information to your staff notes. This will also allow you to set different travel fees per venue eg. if you need to account for a bridge toll as well the mileage.

  1. Click on the the People icon on the tool bar on the left, then go to Venues
  2. Click on Add a New Venue
  3. Enter Venue Name, Address, Postcode, any access notes for your staff, venue contact info.
  4. Enter a figure into the Override Travel Fee if travel fees for this venue should not be calculated by mileage alone.


Alternatively You can add recommended venues as bookings come in to quickly add them.

  1. Click on the Booking icon on the tool bar
  2. Scroll down to a booking that has a venue you don't have in your list
  3. Click the green Add as recommended venue
  4. Ensure the Venue Name, Address, Postcode, any access notes for your staff, venue contact info are correct
  5. Enter a figure into the Override Travel Fee if travel fees for this venue should not be calculated by mileage alone.
  6. Click Save
