Payment block not showing on client portal

There are multiple settings that may affect the visibility of the payments block on the client portal. Lets explore these below.


1. Payments are disabled for this particular booking

Please check the checklist icon on the booking in the upcoming bookings list and ensure that payments are enabled.

2. The Contract is not signed

In the client portal settings, you are able to block payments from being made until the contract is signed. Please ensure that either the contract is signed, or this setting is disabled.

3. The block is not allowed to show yet because the event date is too far away

It is also possible to control the visibility of the payment block based on how far away the event date is. You might want to change this setting to "always available" if you do not want to limit when a customer can pay.

4. The payment block is disabled

You may have accidentally disabled the block altogether. Please ensure that the block is enabled in the client portal settings.
