Gallery Privacy settings are available to BoothGallery Basic and Pro users.

Password Protection

When adding or editing a Gallery, you can Password protect it by adding a password to the Password Protection field under Privacy section. Visitors to your gallery page will need the password in order to view any images. You can also tick Display First Image if you want to allow the public to see the first image on your Galleries' homepage.

Private and Public Galleries

When adding or editing a Gallery, you can set the Visibility to Public or Private. Private Galleries can still be accessed via their direct URL link. Only Public Galleries will show on your BoothGallery Homepage. If a gallery is Public but also Password protected, the first image of your gallery on your Homepage will be replaced with a padlock.
