Add Videos to Your Proposals

You can add as many videos to your proposals as you wish (within HTML fields), to help promote your business and the services you offer.
- Within your lead centre, select the Proposal link for the relevant contact
- Click Edit on the top right corner of your proposal template
- Scroll down to any HTML (editable) text field and choose the </> icon on the top panel of your text box.
- Find the video you wish to use in YouTube or Vimeo
- Within either of these applications, click 'Share' and choose 'Copy Embed Link'.
- Head back to your text field in Proposals and Paste the code below your existing text.
- Click the green tick.
- You will see the video below in position.
- Click Save
- Preview the Proposal and play the video to ensure the sound is working, if applicable.
- Try changing the size of your window to ensure the video is still positioned centrally and in proportion. (mobile view)
