How is my customer data stored

BoothBook

Last Update 3 ปีที่แล้ว

Client data is stored on our clusters. Every BoothBook has its own separate database and user accounts are separate per BoothBook. This is for speed and flexibility, as well as security, so an exploit on one system can not affect anyone else. Your databases are backed up every 6 hours in tar zipped password protected files that are stored on the server locally and externally on a separate server, and manually downloaded and copied to a hard drive once a week. So in the absolute worst case scenario, we have a 3 pronged approach for data recovery. If you decide to stop using BoothBook, you have the ability to download all of your customer data to spreadsheets to take away with you. All systems also have an SSL assigned to them and use the most updated security patches.
