How to setup your Services

Follow this guide to Setup your Services. For more details on setting up your Packages, please see How to set your prices with Packages

  1. From your dashboard, select the Store icon.

  2. Ensure you are on the Services Tab.

  3. Click on +Add Service.

  4. Use our AI helper to auto detect your services, by choosing from the following :-

    • Website

    • Photo

    • Voice

  5. If choosing Website, our AI crawler will scan your website for your pricing and give you the option to amend them in the next step before auto-creating them for you.

    Enter your Website URL and Click Start Detection. Once Services are Auto-Detected, you will see the details, which can be amended if necessary. Once everything is correct, click Confirm.

  6. If choosing Photo, you can either Upload a Photo or Use Camera. Our AI crawler will scan the picture you upload /  Capture the photo to detect your services and package.

    Select Upload a Photo and select the image from your files and click Start Detection. Once Services are Auto-Detected, you will see the details, which can be amended if necessary. Once everything is correct, click Confirm.

    Select Use Camera and once the information is in the preview screen, click Capture. Click Start Detection. Once Services are Auto-Detected, you will see the details, which can be amended if necessary. Once everything is correct, click Confirm.

  7. If choosing Voice, you will need to Record a Voice Note. Click Start Recording and record the relevant information. Click Stop Recording and you can listen back to the file by clicking on the Play icon. You have the option to Use Recording or Cancel.

  8. Click Use Recording and click Start Detection. Once Services are Auto-Detected, you will see the details, which can be amended if necessary. Once everything is correct, click Confirm.

  9. You can Edit the Service, by clicking on the Line and the drawer will open (see point 11)

  10. You can also setup your Services manually. Click on Add Manually and the drawer will open.

  11. On the Details Tab, you can enter the

    • Name - Input a Name

    • Image - Click on Click to Upload

    • Description - Add a Description

    • Setup Time & Pack Down Time - Choose how long it takes to Set Up and Pack Down

  12. On the Availability Tab, click on the Dropdown Menu and choose from the Availability Type :-

    • Select Units if the ability for customers to book the service is dependent on physical units’ availability such as photobooths. Enter a name for each Unit For example Enclosed Photobooth 01, Enclosed Photobooth 02, Enclosed Photobooth 03.

    • Select Users if the ability for customers to book the service is dependent on staff or users’ availability. Select all the users that apply.

    • Select Units & Users if the service’s availability to book is dependent on both. For example, you have a Magic Mirror that requires certain or multiple staff members to be available in order to book.

  13. Under Units, you can adjust the until name / number. You can add more units by clicking +Add Unit and renaming where necessary.

  14. Each Unit can be enabled / disabled using the 1st check box.

  15. You can also add an image of the Service by clicking on the Image icon and adding from your files.

  16. You can adjust the unit's availability by clicking on the Calendar icon.

  17. You can delete the unit by clicking on the Bin icon

  18. Click Save
