How to set your prices with Packages

Set the cost of your services with Packages. Offering different packages to your customers for the same service can help customers feel like they've got more choice over their booking. Set Package details, add any included products/extras, set flat rate pricing or based on time and limit visibility based dates and other conditions. 

1. From your dashboard, select the Store icon

2. Click on the Services tab

3. Click on the Package that you want to set the price for.

4. On the Pricing tab you can choose between :-

   • Flat Based pricing - enter a price and a tax rate if applicable.

   • Time based Pricing - enter a price, Included Duration (choose a Duration Type) and a tax rate if applicable. You can also Allow customers to extend the duration. Use the check box to allow this. Enter the Duration Amount, Duration Type and Price. Use the + Add Option for additional durations.

5. On the Limit Visibility tab, you can add conditions to only make that package visible on specific dates or times. You can use "Match ANY of the below" or "Match ALL of the below"

6. Click Add New Condition and select the options available.

7. Click Add second condition set if necessary

8. Click Save
