How to update the status of a Lead

If the customer wants to think about booking and you've saved them as a lead, you could send them some more information, a proposal via email for example and you want to have them under a "Unconfirmed" status. To add a new Status - please see How to add a new Pipeline status in Leads

  1. From your dashboard, select the Leads icon.

  2. Click on the Lead you want to change the status of.

  3. Click on the Dropdown Menu next to Status.

  4. Change the desired Status of the Lead to the relevant choice.

  5. Click Save.
