How to update Leads Statuses
Set your own lead statuses to suit your business workflow and set a default status to assign to any new leads that come in to your system
- From your dashboard, select the Leads icon.
- Click on the Lead you want to change the status of.
- Click on the Dropdown Menu next to Status (underneath the date).
- Change the desired Status of the Lead to the relevant choice.
- Click Save.
