How to add a new Pipeline status in Leads

To add a new status in you Leads Pipeline

  1. Go to your Profile Icon (bottom left) > Settings

  2. Select Job Management from the menu.

  3. Ensure you are on the Fields tab

  4. Click on Status, and a modal will appear.

  5. Under Lead Statuses, you will see the current options. Click + Add.

  6. Add a Title, make it the Default if necessary and Select a Colour.

  7. Click Save.


You also have the option to delete any that are no needed, by clicking on the Trash icon. This will be moved to the Archived section at the bottom of the page.

Please press Save if any further changes are made.
