You can put your booking form on your own website so visitors can check availability and book without leaving your site. You can either embed the whole form, or embed a widget, which is a small part of the form such as a date picker.

Embed your booking form

  1. From your dashboard, select the Bookings icon.

  2. Click Forms.

  3. Click the booking form you want to use.

  4. At the top of the page, click Share.

  5. Under Embed Code, click Copy Form Code.

  6. Paste the code into your website where you want the form to appear.

If you'd rather the form didn't bring its own background onto your page, turn on Remove Background Styling on Embed before copying the code.

If you'd rather link to the form than embed it, use Copy Form Link at the top of the Share tab instead.

Embed a widget instead of the whole form

A widget is a mini version of your form. Rather than putting a long booking form on your page, you choose 1 or 2 fields, often just the date picker, and embed only those.

When a visitor fills in the widget and submits it, they're taken to the full form with those answers already filled in.

  1. Open your booking form and go to the Build tab.

  2. Click Enable Widget at the top of the form.

  3. Drag the fields you want into the widget area, for example Event Date.

  4. Click Save.

  5. Go to the Share tab and copy the embed code as above.

This works well when you want a simple availability check on your homepage that leads into your full booking form.
