How to charge Travel Fees

When customers are booking your services, they can enter their venue postcode into the relevant box on the booking form, click outside of the box once entered and it will calculate the travel fee they will need to pay (if any).

1. Go to your Profile Icon (bottom left) > Settings

2. Select Travel Fees from the menu.

3. Ensure you are on the Pricing Tab.

4. In Distance Units, select either Miles or Kilometers - Choose the units of distance to display to your customers.

5. In Pricing Strategy, select either Price per miles / Price per kilometers (dependant on your choice) or Distance Bands
   

If choosing Price per Miles (or Price per kilometers)

1. In the “Base Rate” field, enter the price exclusive of taxes. Set the base rate to start calculations from.

2. In the Price per miles (or Price per kilometers) field, and enter the price exclusive of taxes. Set the price per mile that you will charge customers from every mile over the Free Mileage Cap.

3. In the Free Distance field, type your Value (e.g 5 miles) - Set the distance you are willing to travel for free. (One way)

4. In the Maximum Distance field, type your Value (e.g 100 miles) - Set the maximum distance you are willing to travel, or leave blank to disable. (Round trip)

5. Click Save
   

If choosing Distance Bands

1. Click +Add Band

2. In the "From” field, type your Value (e.g 0)

3. In the "To" field, type your Value (e.g 0)

4. In the "Currency" type your Value (e.g 0)

5. Should you wish to create extra bands, click on + Add Band (repeat as necessary)

6. Click Save
