How to add a current user to another business
A user can sign in with the same email address to view different businesses. Add the user to the additional business and once saved, they will receive an email invite to join that business. They will be able to select to view the multiple business from their profile icon.
- From your Dashboard, click on your Profile Icon (bottom left).
- Click on the drop down menu with the name of your business.
- Select the Business that you want to add a current User to.
- Then from the Dashboard, select your Profile Icon (bottom left).
- Click on Users.
- Click on +Add New.
- Type in the information needed ( First Name, Last Name, Email, Job Title, Phone number and Teams if applicable).
- Click Save.
- Click on the newly added User.
- Then Click on Permissions and Override Permissions if required
- Set what level of access you want the new user to have.
Click Save.
The user will then receive an email invite to join that business, once joined, they will have access to the new Business in their dashboard from their profile icon.
