How to create a one-off Task

Tasks are used to notify the assigned staff member of any upcoming tasks that need to be completed by a certain date

Create a one-off task

  1. Click on the Task Icon in the left menu
  2. Click + Add task
  3. On the Details tab, Click the Title field
  4. Type your Value e.g Order some Guestbooks
  5. Click the Person field
  6. Assign the Team Member to this task
  7. Click in Due Date
  8. Select the chosen Date and Time and select OK
  9. Click in Status
  10. Select the status e.g To Do, In Progress or Done
  11. Click in Priority
  12. Select the priority e.g High or Low
  13. Click in Details
  14. Add any extra text if applicable
  15. Click Save
