How to create a one-off Task
Tasks are used to notify the assigned staff member of any upcoming tasks that need to be completed by a certain date
Create a one-off task
- Click on the Task Icon in the left menu
- Click + Add task
- On the Details tab, Click the Title field
- Type your Value e.g Order some Guestbooks
- Click the Person field
- Assign the Team Member to this task
- Click in Due Date
- Select the chosen Date and Time and select OK
- Click in Status
- Select the status e.g To Do, In Progress or Done
- Click in Priority
- Select the priority e.g High or Low
- Click in Details
- Add any extra text if applicable
- Click Save
