How to add a new field to Tasks

Add new, custom fields to Tasks

  1. Go to your profile icon (bottom left) > Settings > Tasks
  2. Click + Add Field
  3. Enter a name for the field eg. Difficulty
  4. Select the Type of field eg. List
  5. Under Values, click + Add
  6. Enter the options eg. Easy, Medium, Really Difficult and choose their colours
  7. Click Save
  8. Go back to the all Tasks page
  9. Click the Ellipsis (3 dots) in the top right corner
  10. Choose Edit Row Layout
  11. Click and drag the new field into the table
  12. Click OK
  13. Click on a Task to edit and select an option from the new field, then Save the Task
  14. You'll now see the new field and data for Tasks
