How to add a new field to Tasks
Add new, custom fields to Tasks
- Go to your profile icon (bottom left) > Settings > Tasks
- Click + Add Field
- Enter a name for the field eg. Difficulty
- Select the Type of field eg. List
- Under Values, click + Add
- Enter the options eg. Easy, Medium, Really Difficult and choose their colours
- Click Save
- Go back to the all Tasks page
- Click the Ellipsis (3 dots) in the top right corner
- Choose Edit Row Layout
- Click and drag the new field into the table
- Click OK
- Click on a Task to edit and select an option from the new field, then Save the Task
- You'll now see the new field and data for Tasks
