How to add a new field to Tasks

Add new, custom fields to Tasks

  1. Go to your Profile Icon (bottom left) > Settings

  2. Select Tasks from the menu.

  3. Click + Add Field.

  4. Enter a name for the field eg. Difficulty.

  5. Select the Type of field eg. List.

  6. In Options, click + Add.

  7. Enter the option/s (using +Add each time) eg. Easy, Medium, Hard.

  8. Make one choice the Default if necessary (ticking the checkbox) and select a Color/s.

  9. Click Save.

  10. From your Dashboard, select the Tasks icon.

  11. Click the Ellipsis (3 dots) in the top right corner.

  12. Choose Edit Row Layout.

  13. Click and drag the new field into the table.

  14. Click OK.

  15. Click on a Task to edit and select an option from the new field, then Save the Task.

  16. You'll now see the new field and data for Tasks
