How do I start a Live Chat
Use the ? (Support) icon in the left menu to open your support options. Go to the Live Chat tab, if there is an agent online available to help, you'll be able to start a New Chat. If there are no agents online, you have the option to Create Ticket instead. - See How do I send a Support Ticket? document
If an agent is online, you will also be able to see Existing Chats. Please do not attempt to send messages from an old chat, please start a new chat with your query.
