How do I send a Support Ticket
Use the ? (Support) icon in the left menu to open your support options. . Go to the Contact tab and click on Create Ticket. You will also be able to see Existing Tickets.
Enter your
Subject
Priority - Choose from Low, Medium, High or Urgent
Description - please include any attachments within the body of the description, or a Loom video (https://www.loom.com/)
You'll receive an in-app notification when your Ticket has been responded to as well as an email notification.

- Explain the issue, error message, or unexpected behavior you encountered.
