How to add a Quote to a Lead

In order for Lead to be converted into a Booking, you must first attach a quote to the Lead.

1. From your dashboard, select the Leads icon.

2. Click on the Lead to open the Lead details in the drawer. You can also use the Ellipsis (3 dots) and Edit the Lead.

3. Click on the Quotes Tab.

4. Click on Create Quote.

5. Click on + Add Package.

6. Choose from one of your Existing Packages or + Create New Package.

7. If choosing an existing Package and once you have selected it, click Save Quote. Move to point 13.

8. If creating a new package, a modal will pop up, where you can enter the following :-

   • Details

   • Pricing

   • Availability

9. On the Details Tab, you can enter the

   • Name - Input a Name

   • Service - Choose which Service this Package is for

   • Image - Click on Click to Upload

   • Description - Add a Description

   • Visibility - Choose from Public or Private.

   • Included Products - Add any Included Products.

10. On the Pricing tab you can choose between :-

    • Flat Based pricing - enter a price and a tax rate if applicable.

    • Time based Pricing - enter a price, Included Duration (choose a Duration Type) and a tax rate if applicable. You can also Allow customers to extend the duration. Use the check box to allow this. Enter the Duration Amount, Duration Type and Price. Use the + Add Option for additional durations.

11. On the Limit Visibility tab, you can add conditions to only make that package visible on specific dates or times. You can use "Match ANY of the below" or "Match ALL of the below"

12. Click Save.

13. You can add additional quotes by clicking on the + button next to Edit Quote and following from point 5.

14. You can amend each quote by clicking on the ⚙ icon next to the quote name and

    • Rename

    • Clone

    • Reserve

    • Send Quote - You can send a quote directly from the Lead.

    • Remove

15. Click Save
