How to manually convert a Lead to a Booking as an admin

A Lead is an Unconfirmed event and a Booking is a Confirmed event. The main difference is that a Booking consumes your stock and availability, whereas a Lead does not.

  1. From your dashboard, select the Leads icon.

  2. Click on the Lead to open the Lead details in the drawer. You can also use the Ellipsis (3 dots) and Edit the Lead.

    Note - A lead must have a quote added before it can be converted into a booking.

  3. Every Lead has a Status. These are split between Unconfirmed and Confirmed. To convert a Lead to a Booking, click on the Dropdown Menu next to Status (underneath the date) and choose a Status from the Confirmed group.

  4. Click Save.

  5. A Convert Lead to Booking popup will appear, click on Convert.

  6. An availability check will now be performed to ensure you have the resources available to facilitate the event.

  7. If the check was successful, the event will be moved for the Leads page to the Bookings page.

  1. During the availability check, if it is discovered that you are fully booked, you will still have the option to convert the Lead to a Booking at your own risk.
