Each package has its own visibility rules. Use them to show a package only when certain conditions are met, for example only for certain event dates or only for one of your locations.

Set visibility rules on a package

  1. Click the Store icon and stay on the Services tab.

  2. Click the package you want to limit.

  3. Open the Limit Visibility tab.

  4. Choose Match ANY (the package shows if any condition is true) or Match ALL (every condition must be true).

  5. Click Add new condition, then pick what to check, an operator and a value. You can check things like Brand, Location, Event Date, Status and Customer.

  6. To add a separate group of conditions, click Add second condition set.

  7. Click Save.

Show only one brand's services on a booking form

If you run more than one brand, you can give each brand its own booking form that only shows its own services.

  1. Open the booking form, go to the Configure tab and set Brand to the brand you want. Click Save.

  2. Go to Store > Services and open each package that belongs to that brand.

  3. On the Limit Visibility tab, click Add new condition and set it to Brand / Is / your brand. Click Save.

  4. Do the same for your other brands' packages, setting each one to its own brand.

A service is hidden from a form when its packages are limited to a different brand. Packages with no conditions show on every brand's forms.

Let clients pick one or several services

  1. Go to Bookings > Forms and open your booking form.

  2. On the Build tab, click the cog on the Choose Services block.

  3. Turn Allow Multiple on to let clients pick more than one service, or off to limit them to one.

  4. Save the form.
