How to override a booking total

You can override a booking’s total by editing the individual line items, or by creating a coupon and applying it to the booking’s quote.

Override the line items

1. From your dashboard, select the Bookings icon.

2. Click on the Booking you want to override, or use the Ellipsis (3 dots) at the end of the row and select Edit.

3. Go to the Quotes tab.

4. Select Edit quote.

5. Update the line item totals.

6. Save the quote.

7. Save the booking.
   

Create a coupon and apply it

1. Go to your Profile Icon (bottom left) > Settings

2. Select Discounts and coupons from the menu.

3. Select Add coupon.

4. Enter the coupon details and Save.

5. Edit the booking.

6. Go to the Quotes tab.

7. Select Add coupon.

8. Save the quote.

9. Save the booking.
