How to set Service units as unavailable

You can edit a Service Unit's Availability manually if you need to for example if you haven't purchased the unit yet or it's out for repair.

  1. From your dashboard, select the Store icon.

  2. Ensure you are on the Services tab.

  3. Click on the Service you want to change the availability of, or use the Ellipsis (3 dots) at the end of the row and select edit.

  4. The drawer will open.

  5. On the Availability Tab, click on the Calendar icon.

  6. Click on the date (or if multiple dates, click on the first day and drag your mouse until you reach the end date).

  7. A "Confirm Dates" popup will appear, asking you to confirm "Are you sure you want to add these dates as unavailable dates?"

  8. If correct, click OK and the date/s will turn Red.

  9. If incorrect, click Cancel and repeat from Step 6.

  10. To update any unavailable date/s, click on it and a "Confirm Dates" popup will appear, asking you to confirm "Are you sure you want to remove these dates from unavailable dates?"

  11. If correct, click OK and the date/s will show as available.

  12. If incorrect, click Cancel

  13. Click Save.
