How to export reports
You can export reports for a selected time period from the Reports dashboard.
Exporting lets you keep a copy of the figures you are viewing, share them with another person or compare business performance across different periods. Choose the date range first, then export the report so the exported information matches what you need.
Export the Reports overview
Open Reports.
Go to the Reports overview.
In the top-right corner, use the date range drop-down to choose the period you want to export.
Click the blue Export button.
The exported report uses the time period you selected in the drop-down.
Check the selected range before exporting. A report for the last seven days, four weeks or all time will show different information, even when you export them on the same day.
Export other reports
You can also export reports from the following areas:
Metrics
Sessions
Payments
Profit and Loss
Activity Log
Open the report you want to export, choose the relevant time period from the drop-down and click the blue Export button.
This lets you export the specific information you need. For example, you may want payment activity for a recent period, profit and loss figures for a month or an Activity Log for a particular time range.
Choose the right time period
The time period controls the information included in the export.
Use a shorter period when you need to check recent activity or performance. Use a longer period when you are reviewing trends, preparing business records or comparing results over time.
Make sure the selected period matches the purpose of the report before you export it. This is especially important when you are sharing the report with someone else, as the date range gives context to the figures and activity shown.
