How to add and manage Reps

Add reps and connect them to staff, venues and contacts. Configure their rep link and commission rate. 

Add a Rep

  1. Go to your profile icon (bottom left) > Settings > Reps
  2. Click Add Rep Link
  3. In the Commission Type field, select Fixed or Percentage depending on how you'd like to pay the Rep per booking
  4. In the Commission field, enter the amount you'd like to pay the Rep per booking
  5. Click the Link Destination field, enter the URL destination you'd like the customer to go to once the Rep link has been clicked. This could be your website home page or a page on your website specific to the Rep.
  6. Click Save

Manage All Reps

  1. Go to your profile icon (bottom left) > Settings > Reps > and click on a Rep's Ellipsis (3 dots)
  2. View a Rep's earned commissions and referral links in their Dashboard
  3. Copy their referral link by clicking on Get Referral Link
  4. Update a Rep's details such as name, rep ID or commission amount by clicking on Edit
  5. Record a Rep payment by clicking on Create a Withdrawal then entering the details
  6. Remove a Rep from your system by clicking on Delete
