Generate with AI builds a proposal for you in the builder. It’s a quick way to get a first draft when you don’t want to start from a blank page or a template. It’s free to use and doesn’t use any credits.
Generating a proposal
Open a proposal or template in the builder.
Click Generate with AI at the top of the builder.
Describe what you want, such as the type of event, your style and anything the proposal must include.
Let it build the page.
The more detail you give, the closer the first draft will be. “A wedding proposal” gets you something generic. “A relaxed, warm wedding proposal for a rustic barn venue, with sections for what’s included, our props, an FAQ and reviews” gets you something much closer to what you want.
After it’s built
Treat the result as a draft. Go through it before you use it:
Read the copy and change anything that doesn’t sound like you.
Replace any photos with your own.
Check the Quotes and Accept elements are on the page. Every proposal needs both.
Check any variables, such as the customer’s name and event date, are in the right places.
Set your brand colours and fonts in Global Styling.
Preview it on a phone.
AI or a template?
Both get you started faster than a blank page.
The BoothBook template library has more than 70 finished designs for specific events, already tested on phones and with the quote, upsells and accept button in place. If one of them is close to what you want, start there.
Generate with AI is useful when nothing in the library fits, or when you want a quick draft to rework in your own style.
