How to add a Consumable Product

Sell a consumable Product - something that you sell and the customer keeps, set details, stock, price, any variations and limit visibility based on certain conditions.

  1. From your dashboard, select the Store icon

  2. Click on the Products tab.

  3. Click on the +Add product.

  4. Use our AI helper to auto detect your services, by choosing from the following :-

    • Website

    • Photo

    • Voice

  5. If choosing Website, our AI crawler will scan your website for your pricing and give you the option to amend them in the next step before auto-creating them for you.

    Enter your Website URL and Click Start Detection. Once Services are Auto-Detected, you will see the details, which can be amended if necessary. Once everything is correct, click Confirm.

  6. If choosing Photo, you can either Upload a Photo or Use Camera. Our AI crawler will scan the picture you upload /  Capture the photo to detect your services and package.

    Select Upload a Photo and select the image from your files and click Start Detection. Once Services are Auto-Detected, you will see the details, which can be amended if necessary. Once everything is correct, click Confirm.

    Select Use Camera and once the information is in the preview screen, click Capture. Click Start Detection. Once Services are Auto-Detected, you will see the details, which can be amended if necessary. Once everything is correct, click Confirm.

  7. If choosing Voice, you will need to Record a Voice Note. Click Start Recording and record the relevant information. Click Stop Recording and you can listen back to the file by clicking on the Play icon. You have the option to Use Recording or Cancel.

  8. Click Use Recording and click Start Detection. Once Services are Auto-Detected, you will see the details, which can be amended if necessary. Once everything is correct, click Confirm.

  9. You can Edit the Product, by clicking on the Line and the drawer will open (see point 11)

  10. You can also setup your Packages manually. Click on Add Manually and the drawer will open.

  11. On the Details tab fill in the following :-

    • Name - Enter a name e.g Guestbook (this may need to change depending if this product has a Variation)

    • Category - Choose from the existing categories or type a new category and click +Add Item.

    • Image - Press Click to Upload to add an image.

    • Description - Add a Description.

    • Product SKU (this will automatically create, but can be changed).

  12. On the Quantity/Stock tab choose the Consumable option and fill in the Remaining Stock. - If this product has a variation/s, please leave blank and enter the quantity in the Variation section (see point 18)

  13. You can also Allow customers to choose quantity. Tick the check box to allow this. Enter the Minimum Quantity & Maximum Quantity in the relevant boxes.

  14. Tick the check box to Send notification when stock reaches a certain threshold. Enter a Stock Threshold and select a Notification Recipient/s from the dropdown menu.

  15. On the Pricing tab, enter your Price (leave Blank if there are Variations) and choose what type of pricing you want (Flat price or By Job Duration) and choose a Tax Rate if applicable. Click +Add Tax Rate to create a New Tax Rate and and enter a Name and Rate. Click Save.

  16. You can also choose to Upsell this product in the client portal. Tick the checkbox and enter an Upsell Price.

  17. Tick the check box to have Product is on sale, and enter a Sale Price and a Sale End Date.

  18. You can also choose to add a variation of the product on the Variations tab. Click +Add Variation.

  19. Enter a Variation Name. e.g for a Guestbook, you could use Color.

  20. Option Name - Type your 1st variation e.g Cream and press enter, and then type your 2nd variation e.g White and press enter.

  21. You can also Override Price, Stock & Image by ticking the check box.

  22. Combinations will show the following :-

    • Combination - Name of the Option prefilled in.

    • Price - prefilled in, but can be changed.

    • Stock (Do not change this stock as it will alter the stock of the Product incorrectly)

    • SKU - prefilled in, but can be changed.

    • Image - where you can add an image of the variation.

  23. On the Limit Visibility tab, you can choose Where should this product be visible. You can choose either Globally or by Job.

  24. Limit Visibility allows you to choose Where should this product be visible. You can choose from :-

    • Globally

    • Job

  25. Click Save.
