How to record manual payments

If a customer makes a payment outside of the system, for example by cheque, you will need to create and record the payment manually. Ensure you have followed the steps in How to update manual payment method options before proceeding.

  1. From your dashboard, select the Bookings icon
  2. Choose the Booking you want to record a manual payment on, and click on the Ellipsis (3 dots) and select Edit.
  3. Click on Quotes.
  4. Click on + Add Payment, a modal will appear.
  5. Under Payment Method, select a payment method from the dropdown method (eg BACs)
  6. Under Amount, input the Amount paid.
  7. Under Payment Date, choose the date and time.
