How to add an "Interested Services" field to lead forms

"Interested Services" allows your Customers to select which specific services they are interested in from a wider range of offerings. You can add this field to your Lead forms. Please see How to Edit a Lead Form for instructions on how to do this.

  1. Go to your Profile Icon (bottom left) > Settings

  2. Select Job Management from the menu.

  3. Ensure you are on the Fields Tab.

  4. Click on +Add Field.

  5. A Create Field Drawer will open.

  6. Click the Name field and type your Value (e.g Interested Services)

  7. Click the Type field and select Checkbox from the Dropdown Menu.

  8. In Field Visibility, choose from :-

    • All

    • Bookings

    • Leads

  9. Under Options, you will see the current options (if applicable). Click + Add.

  10. Add a Title (the same as your Store > Services) , make it the Default if necessary (using the checkbox) and Select a Colour.

  11. Use +Add to add more options.

  12. Click Save.

You also have the option to delete any that are no needed, by clicking on the Trash icon. This will be moved to the Archived section at the bottom of the page.

Please press Save if any further changes are made.
