How to add a new Pipeline Status in Bookings

Set your own Booking status to suit your business workflow and set a default status to assign to any new Bookings that come in to your system

  1. Go to your Profile Icon (bottom left) > Settings

  2. Select Job Management from the menu.

  3. Ensure you are on the Fields tab.

  4. Click on Status, and a drawer will open.

  5. Under Booking Statuses, you will see the current options. Click + Add.

  6. Add a Title, make it the Default if necessary and select a Colour.

  7. Click Save.


You also have the option to delete any that are no needed, by clicking on the Trash icon. This will be moved to the Archived section at the bottom of the page.

Please press Save if any further changes are made.

You can also add Adjust Pipeline Status options directly from the Pipeline view in Bookings.

  1. Click on the + at the end of the row (showing your current status.)

  2. Click + Add.

  3. Add a Title, make it the Default if necessary and select a Colour.

  4. Click Update.
