How to force the full balance payment for a booking taken days before an event

If an event is booked after the full balance of the invoice is due eg. booked within 7 days of the event, but your invoice is due 14 days before, then customers will be required to pay the full balance at the time of booking. 

  1. Go to your Profile Icon (bottom left) > Settings.
  2. Go to Invoices.
  3. Click the toggle for Allow Deposit Payments
  4. Edit the conditions in Full Balance Due Date. Input the number of days in the first box and choose when this should apply (eg. 7 Days After Before Booking Date.)
  5. Click on the toggle for Apply full balance logic to checkout to force these settings during the checkout process.
  6. Click Save.
