How to force the full balance payment for a booking taken days before an event
If an event is booked after the full balance of the invoice is due eg. booked within 7 days of the event, but your invoice is due 14 days before, then customers will be required to pay the full balance at the time of booking.
- Go to your Profile Icon (bottom left) > Settings.
- Go to Invoices.
- Click the toggle for Allow Deposit Payments
- Edit the conditions in Full Balance Due Date. Input the number of days in the first box and choose when this should apply (eg. 7 Days After Before Booking Date.)
- Click on the toggle for Apply full balance logic to checkout to force these settings during the checkout process.
- Click Save.
