How to add and assign shifts to a job as an admin

You can assign multiple shifts to a job and assign multiple users/staff for different times. Also set the status of the shift or delete if required.

  1. From your dashboard, select the Bookings icon
  2. Choose the Booking you want to add the shift for, and click on the Ellipsis (3 dots)
  3. Select Edit.
  4. Select the Shifts tab to view information about the shifts for that booking.
  5. Click on +Add Shift.
  6. Click on the left "+" icon to add a person to a shift.
  7. Using the slider tool, select the start and end times of the shift. Should you need to view a time that is not shown, you can use the "+" next to the time to extend the displayed time.
  8. If applicable, you can add another shift by clicking on the +Add Shift and repeating the process.
  9. Click Save.
  10. Click "X" next to Edit Booking to close the drawer.
