How to Edit a Booking Form

From your dashboard, select the Bookings icon.
Click on Forms.
Click on Booking Form
At the top of the page, Click Build.
The first section you see is the form that customers must complete in order to proceed any further with booking or checking availability. This is usually the Event Type and Event Date.
To add more fields into your form, hover in between fields until you see the + button (not the + in the circle if you have not added a logo in your branding yet) and the field chooser will appear.
Select what fields you wish to have on your form, by clicking on them in the menu.
You can add more fields into this widget if you require more information to validate the customer first such as contact details.
You are able change the order of the chosen fields by hovering over the Bullet List icon to the left hand side and move them to your chosen order.

Each field has its own settings. Click on the Settings Cog (hover over the op right of a field) to adjust the style and other options.
Should you wish to change the appearance of your form, you can do so by using the features in the top right hand corner of the page.

How to Configure a Booking Form

At the top of the page, Click Configure.
Form Settings shows the Brand
After Form Submit - After the form is submitted, the default redirection is to Payment, Set Status to (with options) and Redirect to (with options). You have the option (by clicking +Add Action) to Sign Contract.
Thank You Page - allows you to edit your Thank You Page Message
Click Save

How to Share a Booking Form

At the top of the page, Click Share.
Form URL allows you to Copy Form Link
Embed Widget allows you to Copy Widget Code and paste on your website. You can also Remove Background Styling on Embed using the toggle
Embed Whole Form allows you to Copy Form Code and paste on your website. You can also Remove Background Styling on Embed using the toggle
Click Save.

How to Create a New Form

Click on the Forms view
Click +Add Form
Create New Form will pop up.
Enter your Form Name in the text box.
Select Create Booking in your Form Purpose.
Click Create & Edit Form.
Follow the options above to Build, Configure & Share your form.
