How do I import Leads from another system?
Use the steps below to import Leads from your existing Booking System. Please ensure that you have a CSV file with all the required data before you start the process. Please ensure there are no blank lines within your CSV.
From your dashboard, select the Leads (Funnel) icon.
Click on the Ellipsis (3 dots) next to +Add Lead.
Select Import Leads.
You can upload a CSV file (which already has your data in) or you can download a template and amend the data.
Depending on the data you are importing, you will need to match the column headers to the correct data column. Each Column will show Do Not Import as a default. You can choose from the dropdown menu to find the best match that suits the data you importing.
Please note - If you do not have an import for the event "end date" column in your CSV, it will automatically set the end date of the event to be the same as the start date.You may be asked to check the date format. Please check the choices carefully and select the correct option.
Please note - By preformatting the date in your CSV, you can guarantee the correct format. The best format is YYYY-MM-DD HH:MMOnce you have matched the Column Headers, click on Import.
Once complete, you will see Successfully Imported Leads. Click on Finish, where you will be directed back to your Leads page.
