How to notify additional people regarding Billing

Add anyone as a user that should be notified regarding billing changes or notifications such as your accountant and assign them as a Billing Contact.

  1. Go to your Profile Icon (bottom left) > Billing
  2. Select Billing Contacts from the menu.
  3. The default will be the Primary User.
  4. Add New Billing Contact gives you the ability to add an Existing User as a additional billing contact (e.g Finance Staff team Member)
  5. Select the User from the Dropdown list. You can select multiple users if necessary.
  6. Click Add billing Contact to save changes.
