Manage your subscription and billing

Manage your subscription and billing

The Billing area is where you manage your subscription, payment details, invoices and billing contacts.

Your subscription is shown first, followed by the other settings connected to your account billing. Use this area when you want to compare plans, change how often you pay, update a payment card or make sure the right people receive billing notifications.

Open Billing

  1. Click your icon or name in the bottom-left corner of the system.

  2. Click Billing.

Your subscription appears at the top of the page.

Choose a subscription plan

The subscription section shows the available plans and what is included with each one.

Review the included items to choose the plan that best fits how you use the system. Consider the features and capacity you need now, as well as what you are likely to need as your business grows.

You can choose to pay monthly or annually. Annual billing includes a saving compared with paying month by month, so it may be the better option if you know you will be using the same plan throughout the year.

Check the available plans carefully before changing your subscription. Choose the plan based on the features your business needs rather than only the current number of users or bookings.

Invoice settings and billing invoices

The Billing area also contains your invoice settings and previous billing invoices.

Use invoice settings to manage the information connected to your billing invoices. Keep these details current so your invoices contain the right business information.

Your previous invoices are available in the same area. These show charges that have already been made for your subscription and provide a record of past payments.

Use the invoice history when you need to:

  • Find an earlier subscription invoice

  • Check the date or amount of a past payment

  • Keep billing records up to date

  • Share an invoice with the person responsible for accounts

Payment methods

Payment methods let you manage the cards used for your subscription.

You can update an existing card, add a new card or add a backup card. A backup payment method is useful when you want another card available in case the primary card cannot be used.

Review your payment methods whenever a card expires, a business card changes or the person responsible for payments changes. Keeping an active payment method on file helps prevent avoidable billing issues.

Billing contacts

Billing contacts let you add multiple people to the billing information.

These are the people who can be contacted about billing matters. Adding more than one billing contact is useful when several people are responsible for accounts, payments or subscription decisions.

If there is an issue with billing, notifications can be sent to any of the billing contacts you have added. This helps make sure an important message does not sit with one person who is away or no longer responsible for the account.

Keep your billing contacts up to date. Remove people who should no longer receive billing notifications and add the people who need to be involved if there is a payment or subscription issue.
