Language Translations - Overview
Manage multiple languages easily while your system automatically serves the appropriate version to your customers.
Translations - Switch Languages for Users
You're able to change your system default language eg. from English to French from your Settings > Translations.
Individual users can also change their system language from their Profile settings.
Translations - Switch Languages for Customers
Create different language versions of your customer-facing content, helping you provide a more localised experience for your clients.
Customers language is set when their first lead or bookings is created through their language set form. This language preference is then used throughout the customer's journey in their customer-facing areas such as checkout pages, client portal, contracts and documents automatically displaying the correct language version.
What Can Be Translated?
Forms
Services, Packages & Products
Contracts
Documents
Client Portal
These can all contain multiple language versions while remaining part of the same underlying entity. Use the language switcher to:
Add additional languages
Switch between language versions
Edit the content for each language
Manage translations without creating separate forms, contracts, documents or assets
Use the AI button to generate the translated content for you - review AI-generated translations to ensure the wording, terminology and tone are appropriate for your business.
The structure and functionality of the entities remain connected, while the customer-facing content can be translated for each language.
What Do Customers See?
Once a language has been assigned to a lead or booking via a translated form, your system will use this to determine which language version of your content should be shown to your customer.
Visitors to your client portal select their language when logging in. Customers will see their client portal and its details, invoices, contracts etc. in their language.
