How to Create a New Lead Form

Build and configure the information you'd want a lead or potential customer to fill out on a form. Share the form link or embed the widget into your website. Control what happens after the form is submitted.

How to Create a New Lead Form

1. From your dashboard, select the Leads icon.

2. Click on the Forms view.

3. Click +Add Form.

4. Create New Form will pop up.

5. Enter your Form Name in the text box.

6. In Form Purpose, select Create Lead.

7. Click Create & Edit Form.

8. Click Save.
