How to Share a Lead Form

Build and configure the information you'd want a lead or potential customer to fill out on a form. Share the form link or embed the widget into your website. Control what happens after the form is submitted.

How to Share a Lead Form

1. From your dashboard, select the Leads icon.

2. Click on Forms.

3. Click on Contact Form

4. At the top of the page, Click Share.

5. Form URL allows you to Copy Form Link.

6. Embed Whole Form

   • Remove Background Styling on Embed using the toggle

   • Embed Code allows you to Copy Form Code and paste on your website.

7. Click Save.
   
   Note - You can also use the dropdown menu (next to Save) to

   • Copy Form Link

   • Embed Form

   • Get QR Code

   • Preview Form
