How to Edit the Fields on a Lead form

Build and configure the information you'd want a lead or potential customer to fill out on a form. Share the form link or embed the widget into your website. Control what happens after the form is submitted.

How to Edit the Fields on a Lead form

  1. From your dashboard, select the Leads icon.

  2. Click on Forms.

  3. Click on Contact Form

  4. At the top of the page, Click Build.

  5. To add more fields into your form, hover in between fields until you see the + button (not the + in the circle if you have not added a logo in your branding yet) and the field chooser will appear.

  6. Select what fields you wish to have on your form, by clicking on them in the menu.

  7. You are able change the order of the chosen fields by hovering over the Bullet List icon to the left hand side and move them to your chosen order.

  8. Each field has its own settings. Click on the Settings Cog (hover over the top right of a field) to adjust the style and other options.

  9. Should you wish to change the appearance of your form, you can do so by using the features in the top right hand corner of the page.
    Colour / Background Image
    Format / Layout
    Text Colour / Font
    View on Mobile / View on Desktop

  10. Click Save
