Share the form link or embed the widget into your website. Control what happens after the form is submitted.

How to Create a New Booking Form

1. From your dashboard, select the Bookings icon.

2. Click on the Forms view

3. Click +Add Form

4. A Create New Form modal will pop up.

5. Enter your Form Name in the text box.

6. In Form Purpose, select Create Booking

7. Click Create & Edit Form.
