How to create and edit a form to capture a lead on your website

Build and configure the information you'd want a lead or potential customer to fill out on a form. Share the form link or embed the widget into your website. Control what happens after the form is submitted.

How to Edit a Lead Form

  1. From your dashboard, select the Leads icon.
  2. Click on Forms.
  3. Click on Contact Form
  4. At the top of the page, Click Build.
  5. To add more fields into your form, hover in between fields until you see the + button (not the + in the circle if you have not added a logo in your branding yet) and the field chooser will appear.
  6. Select what fields you wish to have on your form, by clicking on them in the menu.
  7. You are able change the order of the chosen fields by hovering over the Bullet List icon to the left hand side and move them to your chosen order.

How to edit the Fields on a form.

  1. To add more fields into your form, hover in between fields until you see the + button (not the + in the circle if you have not added a logo in your branding yet) and the field chooser will appear.
  2. Select what fields you wish to have on your form, by clicking on them in the menu.
  3. You are able change the order of the chosen fields by hovering over the Bullet List icon to the left hand side and move them to your chosen order.
  4. Each field has its own settings. Click on the Settings Cog (hover over the op right of a field) to adjust the style and other options.
  5. Should you wish to change the appearance of your form, you can do so by using the features in the top right hand corner of the page.
    Colour / Background Image
    Format / Layout
    Text Colour / Font
    View on Mobile / View on Desktop
  6. Click Save

How to Configure a Lead Form

  1. At the top of the page, Click Configure.
  2. Form Settings shows the Brand.
  3. After Form Submit - After the form is submitted, the default redirection is to Redirect to (with options). You have the option (by clicking +Add Action) to Sign Contract and Set Status to (with options).
  4. Thank You Page - allows you to edit your Thank You Page Message.
  5. Click Save.

How to Share a Lead Form

  1. At the top of the page, Click Share.
  2. Form URL allows you to Copy Form Link.
  3. Embed Whole Form allows you to Copy Form Code and paste on your website. You can also Remove Background Styling on Embed using the toggle
  4. Click Save.

How to Create a New Form

  1. Click on the Forms view.
  2. Click +Add Form.
  3. Create New Form will pop up.
  4. Enter your Form Name in the text box.
  5. Select Create Lead in your Form Purpose.
  6. Click Create & Edit Form.
  7. Follow the options above to Build, Configure & Share your form.
  8. Click Save.
