How to stop customers adding another email or phone number on a lead form

On a lead form, the Name, Email and Phone fields sit together in one block called Your Details. Their settings are on the block, not on each field.

1. Go to Leads > Forms and open your form.

2. Click Build.

3. Hover over the Your Details block and click its settings cog.

4. Turn off Allow Multiple.

5. Click Save.
