How to add general Files

Add and share general files with your team, staff or clients, such as insurance documents or electrical test certificates. Your team and staff can view files from their dashboard and customers will see them in their client portal.

  1. Go to your profile icon (bottom left) > Settings > Files
  2. If No Directories exists, click the + plus icon, Create Folder, enter the Folder Name eg. Insurance Documents, click Create
  3. Click the + plus icon, Upload File
  4. Enter the file Name eg. Public Liability Insurance 2024/25
  5. Upload the file by clicking on the upload area or by dragging the file to it
  6. Add a Description if needed
  7. Click Save
