How to add a Coupon Code

Create a coupon code for customers to use at checkout, set the amount, a fixed or percentage discount, limit the number of redemptions and limit its use depending on certain conditions

Add a Coupon Code - Fixed Amount

1. Click on your Profile Icon in the left menu
2. Click Settings
3. Click Discounts & Coupons
4. Click + Add Coupon
5. Click the Name field and type your Value e.g SPECIAL 10
6. Click the Coupon Code field and type your Value e.g SPECIAL10
7. Click in Discount Type
8. Click Fixed Amount type your Value e.g 10
9. Tick the Limit the total number of times this coupon can be used
10. Type your Value e.g 1
11. You can also Restrict how discount is applied by ticking the box. The following options will then be available to be selected.
    a - Apply Discount to Total
    b - Apply Discount to Travel Fee
    c - Apply Discount to Booking Fee
12. Click Save

This will then enable customers to receive a specific discount on their booking, up to the number of maximum redemptions that you have chosen.

Add a Coupon Code - Percentage Amount

1. Click on your Profile Icon in the left menu
2. Click Settings
3. Click Discounts & Coupons
4. Click + Add Coupon
5. Click the Name field and type your Value e.g SPECIAL 10
6. Click the Coupon Code field and type your Value e.g SPECIAL10
7. Click in Discount Type
8. Click Percentage Amount and type your Value e.g 10
9. Tick the Limit the total number of times this coupon can be used
10. Type your Value e.g 1
11. You can also Restrict how discount is applied by ticking the box. The following options will then be available to be selected.
    a - Apply Discount to Total
    b - Apply Discount to Travel Fee
    c - Apply Discount to Booking Fee
12. Click Save

This will then enable customers to receive 10% discount on their booking, up to the number of maximum redemptions that you have chosen.
