How to add a Coupon Code

Create a coupon code for customers to use at checkout, set the amount, a fixed or percentage discount, limit the number of redemptions and limit its use depending on certain conditions.

Add a Coupon Code - Fixed Amount

1. Go to your Profile Icon (bottom left) > Settings

2. Select Discounts & Coupons from the menu.

3. Click + Add Coupon

4. In the Name field, type your Value e.g SPECIAL 10

5. In the Coupon Code field, type your Value e.g SPECIAL10 (This is the code people will need to enter to redeem the coupon discount.)

6. Under Discount Type, choose Fixed Amount.

7. In Discount Amount type your Value e.g 10.

8. Tick the checkbox to show this Coupon as Active.

9. If applicable, Tick the checkbox to Limit the total number of times this coupon can be used.

10. In Max Redemption, type your Value e.g 1

11. In Redemption Logic, you can choose whether the max redemption number reduces per order, or per line item in the order. Choose from

    • Reduce per line item

    • Reduce per order

12. You can also Restrict how discount is applied. Optionally only apply the discount to certain parts of the order. Tick the checkbox and the following options will then be available to be selected.

    • Apply Discount to Total

    • Apply Discount to Travel Fee

    • Apply Discount to Booking Fee

13. Click Save
    

This will then enable customers to receive a specific discount on their booking, up to the number of maximum redemptions that you have chosen.

Add a Coupon Code - Percentage Amount

1. Go to your Profile Icon (bottom left) > Settings.

2. Select Discounts & Coupons from the menu.

3. Click + Add Coupon.

4. In the Name field, type your Value e.g SPECIAL 10.

5. In the Coupon Code field, type your Value e.g SPECIAL10. (This is the code people will need to enter to redeem the coupon discount.)

6. Under Discount Type, choose Percentage Amount.

7. In Discount Amount type your Value e.g 10.

8. Tick the checkbox to show this Coupon as Active.

9. If applicable, Tick the checkbox to Limit the total number of times this coupon can be used.

10. Type your Value e.g 1.

11. In Redemption Logic, you can choose whether the max redemption number reduces per order, or per line item in the order. Choose from

    • Reduce per line item

    • Reduce per order

12. You can also Restrict how discount is applied by ticking the box. The following options will then be available to be selected.

    • Apply Discount to Total

    • Apply Discount to Travel Fee

    • Apply Discount to Booking Fee

13. Click Save
    

This will then enable customers to receive 10% discount on their booking, up to the number of maximum redemptions that you have chosen.
