Send an email to a customer
You can send an email from a booking, from an individual contact or through the quick actions menu.
Choose the option that starts closest to the information you are working with. Use the booking list when you are already managing bookings, the contact email icon when you need to message one person, or quick actions when you want to start a new message from anywhere in the system.
Send an email from the booking list
Open Bookings.
Click the tick box next to the booking.
Use the quick menu that appears at the bottom of the page.
Click Send email.
The email window lets you choose the email address the message will be sent from and select which contact on the booking should receive it.
Add a subject and message, then send the email.
This is useful when you are working through your booking list and want to contact a client without opening the booking first.
