How to update and edit an individual client's Contract text
If your client hasn't signed the contract yet, you can manually edit the contract. For example, if you need to amend a line on the contract for a certain customer or remove / add a clause for a specific event.
- From your dashboard, select the Bookings icon
- Choose the Booking which you want to edit the contract on, and click on the Ellipsis (3 dots) and select Edit.
- Click on Files.
- On the Contract you wish to edit, click on the pencil icon and the contract will open.
- Edit the contract and click on Save Override.
- If necessary, you can revert back to the original template by clicking on the Ellipsis (3 dots) and selecting Revert back to template from the Dropdown Menu.
